AI that works on the sidewalk.

AI for Good,
not control

Aki turns the messiness of public-space commerce (weather, foot traffic, time of day, local demand) into clear next steps. Built for vendors. Useful for customers. Trusted by cities. Ethical by design.

Praia Grande Forte

Alta demanda agora

Aki Insight

17°C e seco em Forte agora. Você venderá 14% mais açaí aqui vs. Boqueirão. Isso é 1h24 a menos no sol. Mover?

Our Approach to AI

We believe AI should serve humanity, not exploit it.

In the context of informal street commerce, this means using technology to help vendors succeed, keep customers safe, and break down barriers — never to replace human judgment or surveil communities.

Help vendors succeed and grow their businesses

Keep customers safe through quality and transparency

Make commerce accessible regardless of language or background

The data

The data behind the magic.

We don't need to know who you are to help your business grow. We need to understand what's happening around you.

What people tell us

Anonymized

  • Age range
  • Language preference
  • General location (city, neighborhood)
  • Purchase context: what was ordered, when

What the world tells us

Environmental signals

  • Exact GPS location at time of purchase
  • Time of day, day of week, holidays, local events
  • Weather, temperature, humidity
  • Local demand patterns and online interest
"Cross-reference enough of these signals and you stop guessing. You start knowing."

For Vendors

For Vendors

The AI wave is coming for every business. Instead of leaving outdoor vendors out of it, we're handing them the surfboard, and the lessons. It's grounded in your sales, your spot, and the world around you.

Demand forecasting & dynamic heatmaps

Coming soon

We don't just tell you it's warm out. We tell you what to do about it. The model crosses temperature, humidity, time of day, holidays, local events, current online demand, and your own historical sales. The output is a single, plain decision. A responsive dynamic heatmap (peak demand by zone, hour by hour) is rolling out next.

"17°C in Praia Grande Forte and 19°C in Boqueirão, just 1.7 km apart. That's enough to push your açaí sales up 14% in Forte. About R$72 more today, or 1h24 less time on your feet for the same earnings. Move?"

Smart route & location mapping

Coming soon

For mobile vendors, Aki generates an hour-by-hour route (where to be, when, and why) and stitches incoming orders along the way so you're never empty-handed between stops. For fixed stands, we identify peak spots but also distribute vendors across them. AI shouldn't pile everyone onto the same corner. The platform balances demand across the area so each vendor gets their share.

Cross-cultural translation

Coming soon

Menus, descriptions, and reviews, translated for whoever's standing in front of your cart. In Brazil alone, the same dish goes by different names in different states. We understand context, regional slang, and the way real people actually type, even when the original is misspelled or written in informal shorthand. Your customers see your menu in their language. You see their reviews in yours.

Pricing & deal suggestions

Coming soon

Real pricing intelligence, in plain language. The model accounts for demand, competition, weather, supply pressure, your own conversion data, and recurring local moments. It also covers delivery pricing: when to lower, raise, or waive it. Every suggestion comes with the why. You decide. Aki executes when you tap yes.

"Consider dropping your açaí to R$14 for the next two weeks: local demand is softening."

"Supply is tight in your area. You can lift to R$17 without losing volume."

"Taco Tuesday is in 2 days. Want us to spin up a 20% deal? One tap."

Business improvement coaching

Coming soon

The kind of feedback a great franchise mentor would give, always on, tuned to your data. It reads your reviews, your timing, your photos, your funnel, and points you at the highest-impact thing to fix this week.

"Cut your average delivery time by 30s and your conversion could rise ~25%."

"Your cancellation rate is 7% above peers. Accepting orders within the first minute is the biggest lever."

"Reviews mention your tapioca is under-seasoned. Consider adjusting."

"Customers tend to close your store after seeing this photo. A clearer shot could lift first-orders."

Aki Counsel

Coming soon

The unglamorous stuff that decides whether an outdoor business survives or scales. Aki Counsel walks vendors through permits, licensing, and formalizing the business; taxes and basic bookkeeping; marketing and positioning; talking to customers; local NGOs and microfinance; physical and mental wellness resources; and the path to a food stand, a kiosk, or a full restaurant, when you're ready. You don't need a co-founder, an accountant, and a coach to grow. You need someone who knows the field and is in your pocket.

Analytics in plain language

Coming soon

The full vendor dashboard tracks everything: customers attended, repeat rate, review trends, sales, profit and loss, hourly average, peak hours, AOV over time, repeat-customer frequency, best and worst items. Most vendors don't have time to read it. So they don't have to.

"How was last weekend?"

"What's my best-selling item this month?"

"Why did sales drop on Wednesday?"

Answer comes back in plain language, with the so what and what to do next.

Advanced support & training

Coming soon

In-app, in your language, with full context of your shop. Whether you need help with a feature, a new tool to learn, or a sanity check on a decision, we're here. For new vendors and stand operators, the same engine powers onboarding: walking you through setup, helping you get certified, adapting to how fast you want to learn.

For Customers

Personalization that doesn't hide your options.

We learn what you tend to order: your favorite vendors, the time of day you usually buy, the categories you explore, the languages you read. We surface what you're most likely to want first, but everything else stays one tap away. No dark patterns. No "you only see what we want you to see."

You can turn off personalization any time. You can see what we know about you. You can delete it.

For Cities, NGOs & Partners

Real-time visibility into public-space commerce.

Demand prediction

By zone, hour, category, and season, before it happens.

Tourism flow

Where visitors are, what they're buying, when they leave.

Traffic & route impact

Earnings, employment, and economic recovery indicators.

Individual records stay private

Vendor and customer records never leave Aki's systems.

For everyone

Always-on support and training.

Aki's support AI knows your account, your role, and what you've already tried. It doesn't loop. It doesn't pass you to a queue for things it can resolve itself. It can take action: apply credits, update your menu, reroute a stuck order, and escalate to a human only when it should.

For vendors and stand operators, the same engine powers training: walking you through new features, helping you get certified to onboard, adapting to how fast you want to learn.

One assistant, full context

Takes action, not just advice

Escalates to humans when needed

Ethics, Privacy & Trust

How we use AI and how we don't.

Public-space commerce sits in a sensitive place. Our job is to make it stronger, not to surveil it. Here's the line we hold.

Anonymized by default.

We separate behavior from identity. Aggregate signals (what was bought, where, when, in what weather) power our models. Names and individual profiles don't leave the systems that need them.

Vendor-first.

The AI's job is to grow vendor income and reduce wasted hours. Every suggestion answers one question: does this make the vendor better off? If a feature can't, we don't ship it.

Transparent suggestions.

Every recommendation includes the why. You see the reasoning, the data behind it, and how confident we are. No black-box pricing. No mysterious nudges.

Human override, always.

Vendors can ignore, dismiss, or permanently silence any AI suggestion. Customers can turn off personalization. Cities get aggregate data only, never individual targeting.

We do not sell personal data.

Partners and brands access aggregate, anonymized insights, never the underlying user records. Period.

Open to scrutiny.

We publish how our models work, what they optimize for, and where they can fail. Where law requires local data residency, we comply. Where bias risks emerge, we monitor and correct.

"AI without trust is a liability. We'd rather move slower and earn it."

What We Will Never Do

✕

Use AI to surveil or track individuals beyond necessary transaction data

✕

Sell personal data to third parties — ever

✕

Use AI to replace human vendors or eliminate jobs

✕

Deploy discriminatory algorithms that target vulnerable communities

✕

Use AI-generated content without transparency

✕

Implement hidden AI systems without user knowledge
